ELDER CONSERVATORIUM ROOM BOOKING POLICY

Our facilities are available to all current Conservatorium undergraduate and postgraduate students formally enrolled in ensembles, choirs and orchestras as well as rehearsals and concerts directly associated with the Con's research program and schedule of public events.

BASICS:

Familiarise yourself with the FULL ROOM BOOKING POLICY, but particularly:

• Log in using the OKTA two factor login

• Bookings are maximum of 2 hours at any time

• No recurring bookings.

• There must be a 1 hour break between each booking

• Maximum of 4 hours permitted between 9am-5pm each day

• Maximum of 2 hours between 5pm-9am (after-hours) each day

• Bookings must include full name, Uni ID number, phone number and brief description of the booking

• Rooms may only be booked up to 2 weeks in advance

• Bookings must be cancelled when not required

• NO food or drink in ANY Con rooms

Any person showing negligence to the FULL ROOM BOOKING POLICY will automatically lose their booking privileges for a time, and may have their access privileges revoked.
